This website introduces the property improvement and resale investment approach of Tyreese Pearson-Sims. It is intended for property owners and their authorized representatives.

Contact information you choose to share

When you submit a property inquiry, the form collects the details you enter, including your name, contact information, property address, listing status and property description. Submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, the website hosting and form provider, so I can review the inquiry and contact you about a possible walkthrough or investment opportunity. If you prefer, you may call or email me without using the form.

Please don't send sensitive records through the initial form

Do not include Social Security numbers, bank account details, identity documents, mortgage statements, or other sensitive financial records in the initial inquiry. If a property proceeds to due diligence, appropriate secure exchange methods can be arranged with legal and title professionals.

Third-party services

The website is intended to be hosted by Netlify, which may process form submissions and standard technical data to provide hosting, security, and spam protection. If you contact me directly by email, your email service and mine will also process the message. This version does not intentionally use advertising tracking pixels.
